The relevance of corporate social responsibility (CSR) reflects the growing recognition that companies have more than just economic interests or financial responsibilities. In addition to economic challenges, organizations are increasingly making level challenges in the area of climate change, shortage of materials and energy, water, health, safety and supply chain responsibility. There are also increasing demands on the social and ecological footprint of organizations, governments and consumers.
